Introducing Dr Milan Jurga Locum Tenens

We are pleased to announce that Dr Milan Jurga will be joining us periodically as locum tenens.

He will fill in for vacations on a month by month basis.

His bedside manner, skills and expertise are top notch.

Dr. Milan Jurga has been practicing medicine since 1994 when he graduated from the Medicine program at the prestigious Charles University in Prague, Czechoslovakia. Dr. Jurga completed his Family Medicine training in Regina, SK in 2001 and Emergency Medicine training in Saskatoon, SK in 2002.

In addition to practicing as an Emergency Medicine physician at St. Martha’s, Dr. Jurga is an Assistant Professor at Dalhousie Medical School and is available to provide locum services to Family Medicine and ER doctors in Antigonish. He has a full and unrestricted license in Nova Scotia and is fully covered by CMPA
